109: Stress falls on the last vowel that has an /a/ in the nucleus. If there are no /a/ nuclei, it falls on the last closed syllable. In case there are no /a/ nuclei and no closed syllables, stress is initial. Secondary stress falls on the first syllable if primary stress occurs later than the second syllable, on the final syllable if primary stress is antepenult, and on the penultimate syllable if stress is further away from the right word edge.
